Public job-search launch

Privacy

UntoldSkills currently provides public job search and an optional public feedback form. Job-seeker accounts, profiles, saved jobs, resumes, and personal skills features are not available in this launch.

What the public search uses

Search terms, locations, filters, and pagination choices are used to return job results. UntoldSkills also maintains job-source, verification, freshness, and operational records needed to run and protect the service.

Technical and security information

Our hosting and security systems may process ordinary request information such as IP address, device or browser details, requested paths, and timestamps to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and maintain security.

Feedback

If you use the feedback form, UntoldSkills processes the name, email address, feedback type, and message you choose to provide so the message can be delivered to support and answered when appropriate. Basic security metadata is used to prevent abuse, rate-limit submissions, and suppress duplicates. Audit records retain pseudonymous hashes, the feedback type, delivery status, anti-spam result, submission identifier, and timestamps—not the submitted message, raw email address, raw IP address, or security-check token. Feedback information is not sold or exposed publicly.

Applying for a job

Apply links open the employer’s or recruiting provider’s site. Information you provide there is handled under that site’s own privacy terms, not by UntoldSkills.

Optional support

If support links are offered, payment is completed on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe processes the payment information under its own terms. UntoldSkills does not collect card details, and support never changes access, job ordering, ranking, results, or application links.

Future account features

Account, profile, resume, and skills code is being retained for future development but is disabled and inaccessible during this public-search launch. This notice will be updated before those features are offered.
